Welcome to Mad Opal. I've started my own company to battle the evil corporate overlords such as Microsoft, Pepsi, Viacom, and Disney. It is debatable whether or not I can do any good as a corporate entity, but it's great for taxes and liability! At least my company isn't exploiting the overly open policies of Delaware.
